Deirdre Nolan, Paralegal

Deirdre is our Paralegal at Cohen & Cohen, LLP.

Deirdre began her legal career at a law firm located upstate, shortly after graduating from St. John’s University, cum laude. She quickly learned the nuances of representing developers of new homes, as well as the banking side of residential transactions.

Once the pandemic settled down, Deirdre was ready to return to NYC and continue her career in the world of residential and commercial real estate transactions. Working at Cohen & Cohen, LLP she has become an important member of our team and has become proficient and familiar with all aspects of our clients’ transactions.

From assisting in representing Purchasers and Sellers in their cooperative apartment, condominium, house, or commercial deals, to guiding the clients in their transfer of ownership and creation of transfer tax documents she is ready, willing, and able to help in any way she can to help our clients obtain their goals.

During her free time, she enjoys cooking, running (successfully completing a half marathon), and exploring new restaurants in the NY City with her college friends.
